We were approached by Movera, the parent company of Broker and Agent, to modernise and reposition two well-established brands whose market presence no longer reflected their success. Despite consistent growth and a steady influx of new brokers and mortgage advisers, both brands had remained visually and verbally unchanged for years, creating a disconnect between perception and reality.

Broker and Agent occupy a unique and highly competitive space, built on strong reputations and trusted relationships. However, their outdated identity and digital experience failed to communicate the scale, credibility, and momentum of the business. The challenge was not just to refresh the look and feel, but to realign the brands with their true market position, confident, established, and forward-thinking without losing the core values that had driven their success.




Working collaboratively with the Movera team, we led a full rebrand from the ground up. This included developing a distinctive visual identity, a new iconography system, and a refined tone of voice designed to resonate with both new and existing audiences. The creative direction focused on standing out in a crowded market while staying true to the principles that underpin the business: trust, simplicity, and choice. As a business, the human support they provide is one of the reasons they stand out from their competitors, so capturing striking headshots to showcase the faces behind the scenes was a key part of the rebrand.



The result is a cohesive and future-ready brand system that balances clarity with character. The new identity has been rolled out across all touchpoints, including a redesigned website, video content, digital platforms, and print collateral ensuring a consistent and impactful presence at every stage of the user journey.
